Overview
Delivery of presentations about the company, its operations and specifically the BREAD process followed in the Client Service role. They were followed by practical workshops in breakout groups, guided with Client Service Managers to discuss what we have learnt and get further insights. On the second day, each person goes through a case study interview where you have the opportunity to employ the knowledge and tools learnt throughout the scheme.
Skills
Developed skills include a basis for negotiation and cold-calling, as well as critical and analytical thinking.
Business Insight
Gained a deep insight into the services that the knowledge-on-demand industry provides and how one of its leaders operates. AlphaSights also does an amazing job in explaining all its business units and how the client service role encompasses in detail.
