    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • Delivery of presentations about the company, its operations and specifically the BREAD process followed in the Client Service role. They were followed by practical workshops in breakout groups, guided with Client Service Managers to discuss what we have learnt and get further insights. On the second day, each person goes through a case study interview where you have the opportunity to employ the knowledge and tools learnt throughout the scheme.
