Overview
I analyzed conversations that British Gas had with customers with the aim of improving them. I made reports, analyzed data and engaged in meetings. A key project I was involved in was related to integrating Generative AI chatbots into customer service.
Skills
I have learnt communication and time management skills.

At certain points I was given large responsibilities.

I enjoyed certain aspects of the culture such as the work/life balance and the casual dress code.
