Overview
Meetings with my Performance and Talent Team to talk about the talent cycle. Worked on a project to increase the use of feedback within the company. Collaborated with interns on various projects related to connecting Senior Leaders and advertising the emerging talent schemes

Responsibilities
I was surprised by the amount of projects that I worked on that were completely up to me and that had real impact on the business. Felt that I had a lot of responsibility
Support & Guidance
I felt that my line manager pushed me exactly the right amount and that I had a great team around me who I could rely on whenever I needed
Culture
Great. Everyone was really enthusiastic, kind and welcoming
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it. It was a great way of getting involved with a corporate environment and learning what its all about. I gained so much from the experience.
Yes
Get involved with all the other interns as much as possible. Don't be nervous from the start, you'll settle in much faster than you think! Also, its a short amount of time so don't wait around to get started on projects.
