Overview
Overall a good placement, people are supportive across the business and culture is great. Matrix structured organisation is good and allows lots of connections across the business but it can take a long time to get things done. Lots of opportunity for learning and development, good opportunities to get a view of various departments within the business.

Good amount of responsibility and proactive independent working - however was asked to avoid contacting certain stakeholders relevant to my work due to ongoing senior discussions.
