Overview
I was given a role that was working on a sole project evaluating the learning resources available to engineers. Day to day was using different tools to evaluate the learning resources.
Skills
Stakeholder communication was a big area of development for me.
Responsibilities
Yes, given a solo project that worked on independently and was able to take in any direction I wanted that had a impact on the strategy and surrounding field services

More support than required, guidance available when needed

Very supportive and growth environment. Culture is of a company on the rise and trying to change culture in order to improve performance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Centrica, learnt a whole host of skills and was given appropriate space to grow and learn my skillsets.
