Overview
I met with my manager everyday to discuss my progress, receive feedback and new tasks. I shadowed meetings with various teams and had my own projects to deliver.
Skills
Learned a huge amount about business analysis. Developed presentation skills, professional communication skills, data analysis skills etc.
Responsibilities
I was able to have a steer on my own project and took ownership of that project. I was responsible for delivering analysis that was requested by a Senior Director within the company
Support & Guidance
My manager was hugely supportive, we met regularly to discuss my progress.
Culture
Really positive, very relaxed and friendly work environment.
