Overview
Day to day i was working within the British gas customer journey team as a digital optimisation assistant. Day to day i was working on different projects on the website and looking at data as well as joining teams calls and liaising with different people
Skills
Yes, improved my excel skills, presentation skills, communication (within a corporate environment) and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, i was given lots of responsibility right from the beginning. I really appreciated the amount of responsibility i was given, i was able to manage a group.

I recieved lots of support from the line manager, intern talent manager and buddy.
