Overview
Support team members with business policy reviews, connection activities and performance metrics to optimize operation and enhance efficiency. Clean and update Connections Agreements on the company database Data wrangling, manipulation and visualization of customer satisfaction survey data to identify trends, processes actionable insights and make decisions

Great, very welcoming, everyone is passionate about their jobs. The company practice diversity, equity and inclusion. Interestingly, we had buffet with the president of the company and it was a highlight.
