Overview
I work hybrid with the Birmingham office. On a day-to-day basis I work with the team on their quarterly reporting and billing usually working on excel spreadsheets and microsoft word
Skills
I have developed my excel skills massively as well as my understanding of the investment industry and different asset classes.
Responsibilities
This developed over the internship but in general I was not given lots of responsibility for things.
Support & Guidance
I received lots of guidance from my manager and other team members who would answer any questions I had.
Culture
Really positive. Spoke to all different levels in the team and people were very kind from teh very start.
Your Impressions
I have enjoyed all of the people and the opportunity to work in teh office. However I did find aspects of my work mundane and repetitive at times.
Yes
If this is the industry that you want to go in to, this is the best company to do it with. It is so welcoming and the early careers program is great.
