The Role
It was a slow start but when weeks went on, I thoroughly enjoyed the experienced and met some grwat friends on the way. I will be applying back to IBM for a Graduate position!
Very - within the first Quarter I had many responsibilities to which let to feeling valued by my team.
Every time in which I seeked for help!
Towards the 2nd half of my placement year I was extremely busy every day. But I did not feel unhappy. I enjoyed every day working at IBM
I was in sales, so I had a team on 14 people. To which everyone gave me a significant response to what I did, to which let to trust.
Microsoft skills improved dramatically - i.e Excel
The Company
Due to being in Sales, it was quite occasionally, due to obviously the sales team had to go out and meet clients and sell!
Extremely well organised. From day 1 i had a hand over for 2 weeks to which helped me learn what the department did, and received education on some of the BM tools I was to be using.

Very appealing. I have already applied back to IBM as a graduate role.
The Culture
Yes, IBM employed over 100 placement students,
Reasonable. I was still living at University in Hatfield. The journey was not bad at all, and with food and drink prices... typical London prices!
Very good. I was based in the center of London, in South bank. So there was plenty of restaurants and bars.
They are all optional but there were plenty of options.
