Overview
A range of both administrative tasks, shadowing of brokers and my own work to be carried out. Lots of opportunities for F2F meetings to learn about the business and other sectors within Aon. Ability to go to client/underwriter events and expand my own network, whilst also being exposed to the world of corporate entertainment.
Skills
Have improved my excel/ppt/word skills. Also gained networking experience that is key to working in this industry.
Responsibilities
On certain tasks I was given complete responsibility but this seemed to be the more administrative of them. On complex tasks that required previous knowledge I would often shadow.
Support & Guidance
I had constant support and any questions I had, everyone was more than happy to help.
Culture
Very good atmosphere that makes coming to the office enjoyable. A good balance of hardworking individuals but a relaxed environment.

Yes
Do lots of research before the video interviews and be confident in your abilities. It is a industry where you need to be confident in yourself and so if you make it to the last stages, make sure you know that you are good enough to be there.
