Overview
Our day to day task was evaluating ways in which we could improve our revenue, customer satisfaction and experience and manage a business through daily rental.
Skills
Yeah I've learned how to be an effective communicator, how to work effectively in a team and how to manage a team in order to achieve certain goals. I have learnt the importance of being globally and ethically aware in order to manage business in efficient way, especially against competitors.
Responsibilities
Yes we were given a huge amount of responsibility.
Support & Guidance
Enterprise gives and provides a strong network of support. From having mentors, to having a talent acquisition specialist monitor your progress and provide help and support to ensure that you are successful in your role. Furthermore, your branch managers and assistant managers add another layer of support on your day to day progress.
Culture
It is very team orientated but also very sales focused which can create a sort of competitive nature within the company to ensure further career progression
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement when I was given more opportunities and responsibilities to handle certain roles and tasks because it allowed me to develop my skills and attributes.
Yes
It's a lot of hard work. The more you throw yourself and get involved the more you get out of it.
