The Role
A really worth while placement!
A great team atmosphere, everyone was willing to help
Fantastic support from my managers
Some 'down time' between projects but usually a good balance
I feel like I've had a good amount of responsibility this year, without feeling out of my depth
I can use almost everything I've learned this year in the future
The Company
Lot's of good team spirit and banter between employees
A bit disjointed between my working team and the foundation scheme but usually very good
High availability of non-role related education. Lot's of 'giveback' or charity opportunities
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
It's a good place to work but I would prefer to work in a more consumer based industry rather than a B2B
The Culture
A really great feel of community between all of the people in my placement
Winchester has high rents, but I lived at home and commuted in. It's a fairly standard cost of living for everything else
It was ok but I would often travel to London instead
There are some good opportunities available, usually sport related
