Overview
Day to day you will run reports and send these out. Work within the team to balances the needs of customers with those of our suppliers and scheme partners while managing our own profit margins within a target corridor.
Skills
Massively developed my Excel skills, also learnt some Tableau and power bi. Developed soft skills such as communication, problem-solving and adaptability.
Responsibilities
Yes, for the most part. Certain tasks are specifically designated for the placement students which are valuable to the company.
Support & Guidance
The support level is great, with regular meetings with your manager and an assigned buddy to assist you. Everyone is very approachable and willing to help, no matter how big or small the question. Additionally, I have a mentor to discuss goals and opportunities I want to explore during my year there.
Culture
It’s a very welcoming environment with a healthy work-life balance within the teams. The office provides valuable insight into professional life while also allowing for an enjoyable atmosphere.
