Overview
On a day to day the role involves a lot of internal and external meetings, reading up on regulatory matters, performing reviews, and working with others.
Skills
A new skill I developed is expectation management. This means that I am in constant contact with my line manager and I am letting them know about the progress I have made so far.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was put on a project almost individually from the second week.
Support & Guidance
Support is always available, the colleagues always make time for interns when they have a question or are stuck.
Culture
There are obvious high expectations but the work life balance is great and everyone is super friendly and helpful.
Your Impressions
I massively enjoyed it as you can’t get this experience anywhere else.
Yes
Make sure that you are genuinely interested in regulation.
