    • On a day to day the role involves a lot of internal and external meetings, reading up on regulatory matters, performing reviews, and working with others.

    • A new skill I developed is expectation management. This means that I am in constant contact with my line manager and I am letting them know about the progress I have made so far.

    • There are obvious high expectations but the work life balance is great and everyone is super friendly and helpful.
