    • I am in the supervision division. My team are referred individual cases. We then holistically review these cases and decide whether they should be closed, whether we should send feedback to the firm, or whether they should be escalated to another team based upon the risk they pose

    • Yes. I have learnt how to communicate with colleagues in an efficient and effective way, specifically to conduct holistic reviews. This is because I often handle cases on firms that other people have supervised before.
