Overview
We have 2 4-week rotations, a typical day includes starting with the floor-wide morning call, having coffee chats with other colleagues to learn as much about the business, daily catchups with my manager, working on my rotation project.
Skills
I have learnt so much about the FI franchise, brushed up on my excel skills, time management and communication skills via presentations to the floor, and ability to speak to key stakeholders in the investment process.
Responsibilities
I’ve been given a very wide exposure and responsibility across both my rotations, ability to speak to key stakeholders, senior members of the team, and full responsibility over the work I do.
Support & Guidance
Buddy system, manager daily catchups, feedback sessions with internship coordinators and HR

Everyone super nice, very good at explaining difficult concepts, always happy to help
