Responsibilities
Yes - I have completed upwards of 100 hours of client work that has been/will be sent out.
Support & Guidance
An abundance. Due to the way in which teams are structured (Business Units) I have had plenty of interaction and guidance from senior members of the retirement UK team as well as all other levels of employee. I have requested plenty of help on a myriad of different tasks and always felt I have had the necessary support.
Culture
Very pleasant. Most employees are in the office a good proportion of the time and people are more than happy to talk and give insights.
Your Impressions
Very much so. I have learned plenty, enjoyed interacting with colleagues and found living near the office nice as the area is relaxed.
