Overview
Individual project work for the duration of the whole internship. I had to research, talk with stakeholders and end users, complete online courses, document my project and deliver the logic and code.
Skills
I have developed my analytical and problem solving skills and have learned how to translate a business problem into a working application. I have also developed my interpersonal skills and learned how to be predictive with my requests. Finally, I have learned how to use new services such as DocDB, Kafka and Figma.
Responsibilities
I had to run my own project which will be used across business lines
Support & Guidance
I received the perfect balance of support to ensure that I figured things out by myself but at the same time not being stuck.
Culture
The culture was great and everyone was open to help and even have a coffee chat with you. It is also an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment which I find intriguing.
