Overview
Working on tickets for my department, doing work similar to FTEs. Engaging with my team in stand ups.
Skills
Learnt multiple technologies such as Swift, GraphQL. Worked on a lot of my soft skills such as teamwork, communication and networking.
Responsibilities
I was given work similar to the actual employees so yes I was given a bit of responsibility. That being said I was often working closely with teammates to ensure that I am going on the right path.
Support & Guidance
I always had someone who I could reach out to. I had as much support as I needed.
Culture
The culture is maybe the best from any company I've seen. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. There is room to work super hard but also ease off if you feel like you need to.

Speak to everyone and network. It is easy to speak to even the people multiple levels above you. The work is what you make of it.
