Overview
- Performing tasks, assignments and projects required by the members of my desk - Shadowing members of my desk and members within other areas in the bank - Preparing trade ideas every week - Quizes and News Presentations
Skills
I’ve developed networking skills from shadowing people within the bank I’ve enhanced my knowledge of global markets significantly thanks to the projects I’ve undertaken, the interactions I’ve had and the personal research I was encouraged to do
Responsibilities
I was given significant responsibility on my first desk and slightly less on my second.
Support & Guidance
I recieved a lot of support and guidance. Members of BNP Paribas are extremely friendly, approachable and willing to share their knowledge.
Culture
The company values teamwork and people skills a lot. It encouraged a fulfilling, non competitive relationship between the interns and the members of the bank were approachable and eager to answer our questions.
