Overview
I helped quant research and algo team build models, learning different tools for trading and shadowing various divisions to understand how the global market functioned
Skills
I learnt coding, and excel skills, also lots of technical knowledge related to different products. Most importantly I learnt how to be a good and pragmatic and disciplined trader. I learnt the mindset of the best traders in BNPP
Responsibilities
Yes I am, I am able to involve in the project and collaborate with various teams in the divisions, which is a great experience
Support & Guidance
I got lots of support from my manager, also everyone on the division. All the people are really nice to talk to and very happy to support me
Culture
It is really friendly, and flat structure. All the senior people are incredibly nice, the culture is amazing
