Overview
Assisting division in COO. Involved in international calls, data reconciliation, and annual and quarterly processes
Skills
Developed Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills. Also developed networking and other soft skills.
Responsibilities
Worked on lots of tasks individually however tasks were small, so not too much responsibility. Fully responsible for networking and getting in touch with people across the bank
Support & Guidance
Most of the guidance came from line managers. However careers team were supportive throughout the process, always available for discussion and advice.
Culture
Very good. Friendly and welcoming. Easy to get in contact with people, even if they work in a completely different area or are senior.
