Overview
Sales team was mainly excel work and lots of team meetings. Lots of shadowings and coffee chats with people within the business and lots of compulsory speaker series events with the graduate program. We went to Lloyds a lot to speak to underwriters and visited other officers with the brokers that needed things to be placed.
Skills
I learn so much excel functions and how to do good powerpoints
Responsibilities
Lots, I was basically given real work that the team do and things that were actually needed by the wider team
Support & Guidance
Lots of support by the graduate team and also the managers. Construction team is the best and have such nice people and socials. I loved my time with that team.
Culture
The best. The culture is so chill as long as you do your work. If you were struggling you could ask for help and everyone would love to help you. Everyone takes their time to speak to you and tell you about what they do
