Overview
Attending meetings for business development and reviewing these meetings before and after with line manager. Developed new ideas for the analytics platform. Attended catch ups with carriers.
Skills
Yes, learnt power BI and developed excel skills. Also gained professional confidence which I did not have before.
Responsibilities
I was given real responsibilities of deadlines and doing specific projects for carriers. I had less in terms of meetings but that is expected.
Support & Guidance
Very good support from both the HR team and also my manager and overall team.
Culture
Very good, always felt comfortable and valued and the senior members of the business were always happy to chat even though we were only interns. People really care about your development.
Your Impressions
I had a really great time during the internship and would love to come back after.

Be confident and be yourself and you will fit right in. It is a great firm to work for but make sure you make the most.
