Overview
Worked in the EMEA Corporate Derivatives desk, providing swaps to European clients (corporates, PE, Infra). Involved in daily and weekly market updates, derivatives pricing and administrative trade booking
Skills
Yes, learning curve has been incredibly steep, involved from the beginning in core team operations.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was responsible for sending market update emails to more than 700 people every week. Projects and presentations gave me exposure to more senior collegues.
Support & Guidance
Major support from both my team and hr. They always tried to involve me in their daily routine giving me exposure to their more interesting products
Culture
the company culture allowed me to work efficiently on my tasks and to speak with a lot of people throughout the entire bank. Bank of America really cares about its employees and tries to put them in the best position to work
