Overview

The placement was initiative based, meaning that you get as much responsibility as you would like.
Support & Guidance
There was plenty of support available throughout the placement, with a dedicated early careers team to contact and an assigned buddy to each power academy intern.
Culture
Most people were happy to be there, with the highest employee retention, people staying 10+ years. Once people start, they rarely leave due to the way they are treated

I greatly enjoyed my placement since I had the opportunity to do what I enjoy, and learning more content relevant to my personal life and degree in university.
