The Role
It had many enjoyable points but could be very stressful.
It was very dependent on the colleagues
Dependent on the subject help was either very easy ot get or very difficult
Too busy most days
The team I was working with could not function without someone in my role
I think the skills I have learned in this year will benefit me through out my working life
The Company
Stressful at time due to targets but largely a good atmosphere.
I always had work to do and was monitored well. Had 3,6, 9 and 12 month reviews. Also had a personnel development manager who was always there to help.
I had the ability to take on lots of learning and education and encouraged to do so
Flexi Time
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
I like the company but I would choose a different role.
The Culture
Large number of students made a good atmosphere and made socialising very easy.
Very expensive in London.
London was great for a night out, Lots of clubs and bars
There are lots of sports teams that you can join within IBM
