  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

    • I was given lots and freedom and trust on behalf of my team, with the responsibility and planning and organising my own calendar. I got to liaise with important suppliers and the feedback I gave to my team really helped make informed decisions.

    • Tesco really appreciate work/life balance which isn’t something I’ve experienced in other roles. I was encouraged to make decisions which best impacts my personal wellbeing so always felt appropriately supported.

    • I loved my time at Tesco. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to anybody trying to find a place to start off their career.

    • Go for it! I loved my time at Tesco and even if you don’t want to stay for the future the company gives a really great insight into what a healthy corporate environment should look like.
