    • I was given complete responsibility over one component of the product I was developing, as well as access to critical systems to understand the product as well as I can The amount of responsibility given was high

    • It was very much "learning on the job", so there was no formal learning, however everyone I interacted with were great with answering any questions I had There were also structured times to receive feedback and have reviews

    • I do not think there is any specific feedback to give, other than that if you are waiting to be "shortlisted" during the application process, it can take a few months so do not give up hope!
