Overview
My role involved several things. 1) Conducting product discovery - Finding customer problems, prioritising them, translating them into a set of solution recommendations. 2) Product Vision and Principles - Designing workshops to facilitate teams to define their product vision and product principles, and contributing my viewpoints. 3) Learning about the business and Tesco's online shop.
Skills
Yes, I've developed/honed my skills in: Product Discovery, UX Research, Competitor Analysis, Drawing insights from quantitative data, Microsoft Excel, Making PPT decks, Workshop design and moderation.
Responsibilities
Yes! I worked on two impactful projects, and was given sizeable responsibility with both.
Support & Guidance
I received guidance and support from all the people I worked with. I was given guidance whenever I sought it.
Culture
The company culture is wonderful. It is a combination of: getting things done, having camaraderie and great professional relationships, and enthusiasm towards work. Everyone is more than willing to teach and guide.
