Skills
Using new technological systems Research Knowing customer Commercial know how Data analysis & insight
Responsibilities
Yes, but culture is great and no hierarchy, easy to talk to anybody and not an issue to ask for help
Support & Guidance
Plenty
Culture
Culture was fantastic, most people were lovely but a few were cliquey (as with any corporation), no hierarchy, no formal dress code, everybody was friendly and supportive
Your Impressions
Bit of a gamble because you don’t get any input into the team you’re put into, if you are put into a function you don’t enjoy there isn’t an opportunity to move around. Expectation that you’d be put into a team dependent upon your assessment/degree but that is not taken into account. Interns placed in each team is completely randomised
Yes
Great corporation, don’t feel worried about asking for help
