Overview
Develop and implement project control systems and procedures. Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary. Prepare and analyze cost reports, schedules, and performance metrics. Attend catch-up meeting on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities
I wasn't given as many tasks as I would've expected. I had to reach out to people to ask for tasks most of the time but it may have been due to my line manager being busy.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from my buddy and I felt like there was someone to talk to if I had concerns.
Culture
I felt very comfortable in the Mace office. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I believe that the values are reflected in the employees behaviour's.

The highlight of my experience was gaining many professional connections during my time at Mace.
