Overview
Assist product developers in fit sessions, liase with suppliers and approve samples
Skills
yes- learnt how to use PLM, Learnt more about pattern cutting and e- patterns. Learnt how to create a tech pack and learnt fit skills and how to identify different fit problems.
Responsibilities
Yes lots of responsibility has been given to me. I have lead development of a range of graphic styles and 2 separate ranges for 2 separate seasons.
Support & Guidance
I have received lots of support from early careers with workshops for CV's, Linkedin, interviews and portfolios. I have also been having pattern training sessions with my manager. Have frequent 1-1s and use a system to set goals and objectives to achieve things I have been wanting to do.
Culture
Gymshark has a great company culture, everyone in the office is so friendly and kind. The teams are so supportive and go above and beyond to help us learn and grow further.

I have enjoyed my time at Gymshark thoroughly. I feel so lucky to have completed my placement here.
