Overview
There were a lot of sessions about personal development. A lot of Deloitte staff from graduates to partners also came to give talks. We presented to senior partners at the end and there was also a lovely networking dinner.
Skills
I've developed communication and teamwork skills and learnt more about how deloitte operates.
Business Insight
We learnt about the many functions of Deloitte and the potential pathways after the spring insight event which was very useful.
Culture
The company culture was very welcoming as everyone was very kind.
Your Impressions
I realy enjoyed meeting the other attendees and all the sessions. Plus the location was really great. An overall very insightful yet fun experience.
Yes
Be yourself but do research on Deloitte. Make sure your communication skills are strong and you have a general idea of what you want to do.
