Overview
First day was mostly panel sessions and hearing from employees. It was a great chance to network and ask questions while learning about the banks values and careers. The second day was much more interactive as we worked on a team task, presenting an idea pitch at the end of the day.

It was great to see the variety of roles and options. The business's core values and key buzzwords were made known.
Culture
Everyone was approachable and easy to speak to. The company culture was inclusive and friendly, and each and every employee was a testament to that.
