Overview
Research projects into corporate board management, attending corporate and pension board meetings, and training in pension board services.
Skills
I have learned time management and presentation skills. I have also developed my research, team work, and verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
I completed my work independently, however, there were many people around to ask for help. The research project I completed involved creating materials for the company to use, rather than shadowing and observing others.
Support & Guidance
There were always people around who could help but I was left to complete my own work independently.
Culture
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The company culture was embedded into the framework of the company and was taken very seriously. It was a great experience and I settled in quickly.
