  • As an intern I had to set SMART objectives that I was monitored using throughout the placement. These objectives varied from intent to intern. I had to reach out to people to set up meetings, review documentation, write up a report and present on my project findings

  • Yes, I was entirely responsible for a project given to me by my team, and I was also given the responsibility of ensuring I was on track with all my objectives

  • I was given a business mentor, as well as an assigned manager within my team. I was also frequently in conversation with my business coordinator, and all three provided support at times

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Very welcoming! People are open to helping others, the work hours are more flexible(you can start between 8-9am and finish at 4-5pm as a result). My team members would check up on me via the internal communication platform should I be working out of the main office

  • I thoroughly enjoyed it as I am a motivated individual who takes advantage of all opportunities. I had also been in communication with my business coordinator and team manager prior to starting so I had set my expectations and goals ahead of time
