    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Management Information for Global Wallet, HSBCnet and API usage data, tracking usage number and summarize usage behavior. Create customer guide for front office so that customers can be very clear about differences between different products and help them shorten their decision making time.

  • I have developed my data analysis skills, computational thinking through the management information. I also learnt a lot about inter-personal skills from connecting with colleagues and relationship management skills.

  • YES! Sure. I was taking responsibility for making sure all the data in MI are all correct, as they will be provided to senior stakeholder for them to make decision.

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • My manager and our team are all very supportive. I had regular check ins with my manager about how I feel about the internship and what i would like to know and learn. After I told my manager that I would like to know more about front office, he introduce me a lot of colleagues in front office and had 2 shadowing day in front office.
