Overview
I am a pricing analyst. So my job consists of monitoring the market and ensuring that the prices for our flights are competitive and optimizing revenue.
Skills
I have developed my analytical skills by learning to work with large amounts of information and being able to understand and manipulate the data effectively. I have also improved my commercial awareness. I now have a strong understanding of exactly how we make money and how the company can achieve the best results possible.
Responsibilities
Yes, following my training I was given ownership of my own markets to manage.
Support & Guidance
I was given lots of support in and out of my role. I had regular catch ups and a designated buddy to ask questions to.
Culture
The general atmosphere was very pleasant and social.
