Yes responsibility was gradually build up over time when I showcased as an intern that my work was trustworthy and of high quality
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support through from my assigned buddy and line manager. My mentor also helped me navigate the different business units within the global bank.
Culture
Very flat organisation. Possibility to approach anyone with any question. Everyone is very friendly and remains humble, regardless of the position held in the firm.
Your Impressions
Was one of the best 10 weeks of my life. Learned so much every single day. Flew by like it was only 4 weeks rather than 10. Incredible experience overall.
Yes
Try to be your authentic self and don't only focus on preparing the technical skills questions. Make sure you showcase could soft skills and values in line with the overall business. It matters as much if not even more than the technical expertise of the candidate.
