Overview
Helping clients with all enquiries regarding their taxes. How to automate process, implement technology and win work with existing client relationships.
Skills
Communication skills developed, problem solving skills challenged. Developed more technical skills such as using excel and other softwares
Responsibilities
I got given a good level of responsibility as I was just an intern and not qualified to work. But I got given meaningful work when applicable.
Support & Guidance
I had lots of guidance and support. From buddies, people leaders, program coordinators and the whole team. Everyone was willing to have a chat and help out!
Culture
Company culture was like a family where everyone supported each other. Everyone was lovely and made meaningful relationships. These relationships carried to outside of work such as socials and sports.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed working on different projects and attending client meetings. At the same time I enjoyed networking and learning about others experiences and career journeys. Also provided lots of insights into what I can do for my career journey and the options available.
