Overview
Supporting the shopper marketing team in delivering creative and insight-led brand activations across key Beauty and Personal Care brands such as Simple, Dove, TRESemme and Radox. Working closely with shopper agencies to brief artwork aligned to campaigns and retailer deadlines. Evaluating campaigns, ensuring that learnings are shared internally, delivering on key KPI’s and ROI. Becoming the voice of the shopper, conducting store visits and online audits, understanding how shoppers interact with brands. Also understanding industry innovations and competitor activity.

Responsibilities
Yes! The first two weeks were training based but after that I was treated as any other member of the team, owning my own projects and managing them from start to finish.

The Future Careers Team were awesome in ensuring I had a smooth experience, from a comprehensive onboarding programme to the off boarding programme.
Culture
Very supportive, everyone encouraged my development and was happy to answer any questions. It is super easy to network and get exposure to other areas of the business.
