    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • As a digital engagement coordinator, I have worked to get customers to engage with our digital platforms. I worked on two projects, the first doing competitor research on what our competitors are doing to position spend notifications on their apps. My second project focused on the M&S PASS, M&S Bank's two factor authentication for customers signing into their account. I reviewed chatbox and call complaint data to understand customer pain points.
