Overview
As a digital engagement coordinator, I have worked to get customers to engage with our digital platforms. I worked on two projects, the first doing competitor research on what our competitors are doing to position spend notifications on their apps. My second project focused on the M&S PASS, M&S Bank's two factor authentication for customers signing into their account. I reviewed chatbox and call complaint data to understand customer pain points.
Skills
I have reflected every week on behavioral skills such as drive, resilience, communication and articulation and collaboration. I have built my confidence which has allowed me to build my own network in the bank to help me with my future career.
Responsibilities
I was given enough responsibility that I felt like my work was going to make a difference on a daily basis.
Support & Guidance
I received a fantastic amount of support from the Early Careers Community, my team and my manager throughout the whole internship.
Culture
The company has a really good inclusive and supportive atmosphere that made it a really good place to work throughout my whole placement.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement from the first moment.
