    • - From day 1 the expectation to speak to clients was present, regardless of titles Interns were pushed to speak to everyone ( Clients and Internal) - Responsible to deliver 5 projects by end of internship - Responsible to represent the firm at all times - Due diligence for client meetings and for firm

    • - have an open mind - good to have some markets knowledge before hand - learn to code ( not internship specific but for future careers) - languages help too - be curious
