Culture
The company puts a lot of emphasis on creating a great environment and culture. Values like collaboration are vividly lived and experienceable on a daily basis. Further, the company has a great work life balance with set working hours and barely overtime commitments or expectations. The atmosphere is great in the way that interns are not pressured and relatively free in creating their own schedule. This enables the office to be a place that encourages spontaneous meeting and therefore enhance collaboration and connection to people from different teams and departments
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my time at the company a lot as it is noticeable that the internship organizers have put a lot of effort into creating a great program for all summer interns. There is plenty of social events and opportunities to meet new people and network. The interns are giving a lot of flexibility in their schedule and ownership over their projects.
