Overview
I work on a variety of different projects, some innovation based, some knowledge based, alongside the base job. The base job requires calling out to client's queries and supporting them with their account.
Skills
I learnt new skills, like how to use the Terminal, as well as increasing my language proficiency within a professional environment. I also gained key skills of professionalism and learnt how to be myself within a professional environment.
Responsibilities
Yes. We were constantly in contact with the real clientele of the company, solving their real time issues and ensuring they are able to access the company easily. There is a lot of pressure in the sense we could be the only contact the customer has with Bloomberg, therefore we needed to always give good service.
Support & Guidance
I felt I had constant support, and at sometimes, almost too much support. This is good! Yet, it felt sometimes I was constantly having meetings that I didn't really need to have, as I felt sufficiently supported.
Culture
Amazing, the atmosphere is so open and friendly. It really makes the experience what it is.
