  • We had intense training for the three weeks to prepare us for the job role, which involved resolving queries over the phone and chat.

  • The job allowed me to develop mainly both soft skills like public-speaking (as we had presentations throughout the internship) in addition to multi-tasking (which was the main role throughout by resolving queries).
