Overview
We had intense training for the three weeks to prepare us for the job role, which involved resolving queries over the phone and chat.
Skills
The job allowed me to develop mainly both soft skills like public-speaking (as we had presentations throughout the internship) in addition to multi-tasking (which was the main role throughout by resolving queries).
Responsibilities
We were independently solving real-life queries of users and clients, supervised by the New-Hire support team, but using our own skills and abilities to give the best service possible.
Support & Guidance
We were given good support throughout, both by HR and the teams we were involved in.
Culture
The company culture is very positive in comparison to the wider finance industry. The company is very involved in professional growth of the employee.

It was an amazing experience to get a first-glance at corporate life, especially for recent graduates or current university students.
