Overview
Cold calling to clients, receiving training about functions, player types, asset classes, etc. Group projects and presentations.
Skills
Developed interpersonal skills, technical analysis skills and learned how to use the terminal.
Responsibilities
We were completely responsible of our projects. They trust on us to reach real clients.
Support & Guidance
We have a lot of mentors, buddies, TLs and manager to guide and support us. Also everyone in the company is willing to help.
Culture
Company culture is amazing, people are very approachable. There are communities to promote diversity and inclusion and the company organizes different events related to that.

Enjoyed a lot the atmosphere of the company and learned a lot. Also i have connected with incredible people.
