The Role
I would recommend IBM to everyone. Well oranised and structured, with lots of events to attend and extra curricular activities
Everyone I mt was really happy to chat and help me whenever I was free. Very welcoming team and this really helpd with the nerves atthe beginnng of the placement.
Lots of support and encouragement from my manager that helps buid confidence from the start of the placement
Very busy most of the time, so many opportunities avaable to take that I was never bored.
A lot of responsibility gven the hrdware I was in charge of. A lot of praise and encouragement too, whichagain really helped.
A great year that has given me a lot of businessknowledge and experience with planning and project management that can helpthroughout my life

Great atmosphere with lots of banter and a good working balance with discussions
A few glitchers here and there with events, but overall very well organised
A lot was invested in me, but with the support given, it nver became daunting
